Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Coaching & Personal Training Services

Because coaching and training involve dedicated time slots, the following policy applies to all 1-on-1 sessions and online coaching:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
  • Package Refunds: Training and coaching packages are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your sessions due to a medical emergency, please contact us to discuss a credit or pause on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital Products: Downloadable software, digital training programs, or ebooks.
  • Personalized Items: Custom-designed or personalized products.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Health & Personal Care: Certain health and personal care items.
  • Perishables: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, software, or video games that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email [email protected] and mail your item to the address listed below.

Shipping Returns

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
